The 30MM 1/144 Option Weapon 1 for Portanova adds customizable ranged and melee weapons compatible with Portanova and other 30MM EXAMAC kits, featuring interchangeable parts for rifles, gatling guns, and melee blades with easy snap-together assembly.
The gatling gun and rifle each have their own mounting points, so swapping loadouts for different missions takes under a minute. Interchangeable parts give the Portanova a proper arsenal feel without needing glue or paint.
The barrel connections on the rifle and gatling gun snap together really securely, which is a relief since I hate parts falling off mid-pose. Swapping them between my Portanova and another 30MM kit took like two minutes and the proportions actually look natural in either hand.
The gatling gun alone makes this set worth it—the barrels rotate smoothly and the whole thing locks onto the Portanova's arm without any fuss. My only struggle was deciding between the rifle and the melee blade for the display pose, which is a good problem to have.
