Category: Kit di Modelli in Scala
This 1/48 scale model kit from Hasegawa depicts the Mitsubishi T-2 CCV "A.D.T.W." in a detailed scale format. It is part of the Scale Model Kits category and is designed for hobbyists interested in aircraft modeling.
The panel lines on this one are crisp enough that I barely needed any rescribing, and the decals for the experimental paint scheme went on without silvering. Took me a quiet weekend to finish, and the unusual canard layout makes it stand out on the shelf next to more standard jets.
The panel lines are crisp and the decals for that experimental ADTW scheme went on without a fight, which is rare for this scale. Assembly was a breeze, even the tiny CCV canards fit snugly. I've built a lot of Japanese jets and this one captures the prototype's weirdness perfectly.
Decals went on without silvering, which is always a relief with these older toolings. The only gripe is the canopy is a bit cloudy straight out of the box, but a dip in Future fixed that right up.
