The B1R-M Chassis Kit in Skin Color C is a model kit from KOTOBUKIYA, designed for builders looking to add a detailed chassis component to their collection. This kit offers a clean, skin-toned finish that stands out in displays or custom builds.
Didn't expect the skin tone to look this natural out of the box — barely any seam lines after a quick sanding. Fitment on the joints is tight without being stiff, so posing it alongside my other kits actually works.
The skin-toned finish blends seamlessly with the frame arms once assembled, and the parts fit together with barely any need for sanding. I spent a relaxed evening snapping it together and the joints hold their pose without loosening up.
The panel lines are crisp and the skin-color plastic actually looks natural under normal lighting, which surprised me for a kit in this price range. Snapped together cleanly in about an evening and the joints hold their pose without any loosening.
