This is the [PP159] LEGEND SILVER HAWK BURST 2P COLOR Ver. (re-run) scale model kit from PLUM PMOA. It is a re-release of the popular kit, featuring a two-piece color scheme for added visual detail.
The two-piece color version looks way better on the shelf than the plain single-color release I had before. Parts snap together snugly with barely any seam lines showing, which is rare for a re-run kit. Panel lining brings out the detail nicely too.
My first kit from this line finally arrived and the molded two-piece color separation makes panel lining almost unnecessary, which is a huge time saver for me. The plastic quality feels solid and the re-run cleaned up the fit issues I’d read about in older reviews.
The two-tone color split is what sold me—it adds so much depth right out of the box that I didn't even need to break out the paints for the main body. Assembly was straightforward, and the parts fit together cleanly without any stubborn seams. This re-run was worth the wait.
