(Rerelease) THE GATTAI Da-Garn X

Finally got my hands on the rerelease and the die-cast weight in the legs makes it feel like a proper premium collectible. The transformation sequence is fiddly but once you lock the joints into place, it displays beautifully with zero wobble.

The articulation on the joints feels incredibly solid for a rerelease, and the metallic paint really pops under light. I’ve had mine posed mid-combination for a week now, and it hasn’t sagged at all.

The packaging alone is a display piece, but what really sold me is how faithfully this reissue captures Da-Garn X’s proportions — the gold trim and panel lines pop even under direct light. I’ve posed it a few times and the articulation holds exactly where I leave it, which is more than I can say for
