[PT30] 1:48 RF-4E PHANTOM II JASDF

Panel lines on this 1:48 Phantom are crisp and the dry fit was tight, barely any filler needed on the fuselage seams. Took me a weekend to get the cockpit done but it was worth it.

The JASDF decal options are what sold me, and they went on without any silvering over the grey plastic. Fit on the fuselage halves was tight enough that I barely needed filler.

The panel line engraving on this one is crisp enough that even my shaky panel wash came out looking sharp, and the JASDF decals settled beautifully with a bit of setting solution. It’s a fun build that captures the RF-4E’s recon nose nicely, though I’d suggest test-fitting the intakes a couple times
