Category: Kit di Modelli in Scala
This is the KAIYODO ARTPLA Keeper and Lion Set in its BOX version. It is an unpainted scale model kit, offering a hands-on building and finishing experience for hobbyists.
The kit comes in a nice box with everything bagged separately, which made sorting the sprues way easier than I expected. Parts fit together with barely any gap filling needed, and the unpainted surface takes primer really well. Already eyeing the keeper figure for a diorama base.
The lion's mane is molded in separate overlapping pieces so you actually get some depth once you drybrush it, way better than the flat single-piece manes on most kits this size. Keeper's cloak has nice fold detail too. Took me a weekend to assemble and prime, and now I'm almost scared to start paint
The box version gives you all the runners neatly organized, and the keeper's scale feels spot-on next to the lion. Assembly took me a few evenings, but the parts fit snugly without much sanding needed. A solid kit for anyone who enjoys a clean build before painting.
