Brian ★★★★★

The little blond figure is a fun bonus, but the real star is how crisply the balloon tires and fenders fit together—barely any sanding needed. I’ve built dozens of kits and this one took me a relaxing weekend to finish.

The little blond figure is a charming surprise—it adds just the right personality to the display. The balloon tires have a nice soft look to them, and the body detail is crisp enough that I didn’t need to do much cleanup before painting.

The balloon tires alone are worth it—they give the Kübelwagen that chunky, late-war stance that most kits get wrong. The blond girl figure is a fun bonus and the molding is crisp enough that panel lines stay clean even after a couple of paint coats.
