Figure Quality and Detail

When it comes to the figures themselves, the Puchipop Wave 1 set does not disappoint. Each figure stands about 2-3 inches tall, making them perfect for desk displays or shelf arrangements. The chibi-style design is faithful to the anime's art, with exaggerated heads and tiny bodies that capture the characters' personalities. The paint application is clean and precise, with no noticeable smudges or bleeding, even on the smallest details.

The figures are made of high-quality PVC, giving them a solid feel that suggests durability. The bases are simple but effective, with a clear plastic peg that keeps the figures stable. While they are not poseable, the dynamic poses and facial expressions more than make up for it. From Koro-sensei's goofy grin to Nagisa's calm demeanor, each figure is instantly recognizable.

• High-quality PVC construction with clean paint application
• Faithful chibi-style designs that capture each character's essence
• Stable bases ensure easy display on any surface

Variety of Characters Included

The box of 8 includes a well-rounded selection of fan-favorite characters. You'll find the main protagonist Nagisa Shiota, the energetic Karma Akabane, the stoic Kaede Kayano, and of course, the iconic Koro-sensei. Other characters like Irina Jelavić (also known as Ms. Vitch) and the lovable Itona Horibe round out the set. Each figure is sculpted with care, ensuring that even the supporting characters get their moment in the spotlight.

This variety makes the set an excellent value for fans who want to collect multiple characters without hunting for individual figures. It also makes for a great gift for someone new to the series, as it provides a comprehensive introduction to the main cast. The inclusion of both male and female characters, as well as the unique designs of the Reaper and other antagonists, adds to the set's appeal.

• Includes main characters like Nagisa, Karma, and Koro-sensei
• Also features supporting characters like Ms. Vitch and Itona
• A perfect starter set for new fans or a complete addition for collectors

Comparison with Other Assassination Classroom Figures

When compared to other Assassination Classroom figures on the market, the Puchipop Wave 1 set stands out for its affordability and value. While there are more detailed and poseable figures available, such as those from the Figma or Nendoroid lines, the Puchipop figures offer a charming alternative at a fraction of the price. They are also more durable and easier to display, making them ideal for everyday enjoyment.

That said, if you're looking for highly detailed, articulated figures, you might prefer options like the Nendoroid Pomni (though that's from a different series). For Assassination Classroom specifically, the Puchipop set is a great entry point. It's also worth noting that the box of 8 provides a complete set, eliminating the need to buy blind boxes and risk duplicates. This is a significant advantage for collectors who prefer to know exactly what they're getting.

• More affordable than high-end poseable figures
• Complete set of 8, no duplicates or blind box surprises
• Charming chibi style that appeals to fans of all ages
